1) Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging are eligible.

  • Fashion items for men (clothing, accessories) must have all tags intact.

2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or sale items marked as non-returnable.

3) Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will confirm if your item is eligible and provide instructions for sending it back.

4) Exchange Process

  • If you wish to exchange an item, inform our support team with the desired replacement product.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Follow the same return process; once the returned item is received and verified, the exchange will be processed.

5) Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Manqor error.

6) Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos as evidence.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
